I like to cook several pans of this,
each with different types of cheese. Then, just cut them up & store in bowls in the freezer.

This recipe is super easy, super fast, and just really good! I especially love it because I love fresh tomatoes and green onions from
the garden. We love chicken in my family, so this recipe is perfect for us!

Here's what you will need:
4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
8-12 oz. sliced mushrooms
2-3 large tomatoes, sliced
10-12 green onions
8-12 oz. mozzarella cheese (or more)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Butter or Butter Substitute
3-4 Tbsp. Marsala Wine
Skillet
Glass Baking Pan

Directions:
Thin the chicken breasts by pounding them. You can use a meat hammer, or just put them between foil and use a dough roller. Next, sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic on both sides of the chicken. I use a lot, but
you can use as much as you want according to your tastes.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 Tbsp. butter over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts about 5 minutes on each side. (They will
cook more later in the oven). Remove chicken breasts to a baking dish.

In the same skillet, add 1 Tbsp. butter with the Marsala Wine to sauté' the sliced mushrooms. Sauté' until tender and golden brown.

Pour the cooked mushrooms over the chicken. Next add the tomato and green onion slices. Finally, put mozzarella cheese on the top.

Bake at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Before you serve, cut open a few of the chicken breasts to ensure they are fully cooked. This recipe is so easy, and freezes in the freezer really well for an easy re-heat,
that I usually make 3. Everyone loves it, so they eat this up really fast!

Happy Cooking!
Love, Farm Diva

Concealed Carry jewelry
Right after I caught my Halibut
Weighing in for the Halibut tournament
Hey y'all! My name is Mandie, the creator of Farm Diva Ammo Jewelry. People always ask how I came up with the idea to make bullet jewelry, so I wanted to tell the story of how I started making jewelry out of bullets.

I was born on my Dad's 40th birthday, so we decided to go on a 3 week birthday trip to Alaska in June of 2016 and the entire second week I planned 3 fishing trips. Our first day out on the ocean, I felt sick the entire time. Sleeping, throwing up, and fishing, on repeat. But after a couple hours, I finally got a bite.

At first, I wasn't even sure if I had anything, until the deckhand yelled "keep reeling!" All the sudden, the adrenaline kicked in. Reeling normally, putting my pole up against the boat for leverage. I kept reeling, reeling, reeling, for what seemed like hours (but I'm sure it was probably like 10 minutes :)

Before I knew it, even the captain looked excited. Then all the sudden, the captain motions to the deckhand and he pulls out a little .410 shotgun. The moment he pulled out that  little shotgun, I knew it was going to be a big one like they had said. Finally, after 234 feet of reeling that monster up, I finally saw it.  And after a quick gun shot, the 80 lb. beast was gaffed into the boat. After that, the captain asked me if I wanted to keep the empty casing and I was like yes sir I do!

When we got back to Arkansas, my Dad helped me make a bullet ring out of the .410 shotgun shell they shot the fish with. After that, I decided made a pair of .380 bullet stud earrings to match my EDC carry pistol. And the rest is history..........

I love designing jewelry! I am proud to be a supporter of the 2nd amendment as well as a concealed carry license holder for over 8 years. If you have any questions about concealed carry or a question about guns in general, etc..... shoot me an email and I'm happy to help answer any gun related questions you may have!  Or if you're a woman who wants to ask a question in a safe environment with other like minded women, join my women only private Facebook group, Concealed Carry Divas.

All of the bullets and shotgun shells I use are authentic once fired bullet casings and shells. The best part is - we fire most of these shells ourselves and others are donated to us by local gun stores and gun enthusiasts who don’t have time to re-load but want to recycle their brass.

We have bullet jewelry and accessories for men and women and offer silver, gold, and brass designs. Most of my designs are from commonly used calibers but I am happy to make one of my designs with your bullets too! All of my bullet jewelry that is made with crystals come in over 30 different colors including all the birth stones. I have made custom ammunition jewelry orders for concealed carry holders, competition shooters, hunters, soldiers, police men and women and thousands of second amendment advocates.
